Assignment: 3.5 Acre Land Acquisition & New Office Building Project Management
In September of 2008, Enduris Washington, engaged Dowers Commercial as their Tenant Representative. The goal initially was to find new, larger quarters to meet future growth expectations. After several months and an exhaustive search of the marketplace, it was evident that the most effective solution was to build their own building. So, we changed direction and ultimately located an ideal site to accommodate a building that would meet Enduris' needs for years to come, and would incorporate all of the amenities that were not available in any existing building. Enduris recognized that the task of overseeing the construction of a new building and the relocation of their business was going to be a logistical undertaking that they were not equipped for or experienced in, especially given the strict requirements of a Public Works project (Enduris is a local government agency). Enduris awarded the Project Management assignment to Dowers Commercial and took advantage of the benefits of a Turnkey Approach by partnering with us as their single source from site acquisition to move-in. We have been thrilled to enjoy a positive working relationship with Enduris as this project moves forward and look forward to successful completion and occupancy in October of 2011.
